• [ar] You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your submissions
• [ar] Diveity may remove User Content that violates these terms or our content guidelines

[ar] When using Diveity, you agree not to:

• [ar] Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or business owners
• [ar] Post illegal, defamatory, or obscene content
• [ar] Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data from the platform without permission
• [ar] Impersonate another person or entity
• [ar] Attempt to circumvent our security measures or access controls
• [ar] Use the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising without authorisation

[ar] Review Guidelines

[ar] Reviews on Diveity must:

• [ar] Be honest and based on genuine personal experience
• [ar] Contain a minimum of 50 characters of meaningful text
• [ar] Not include promotional links, phone numbers, or spam content
• [ar] Relate to the specific dive site, resort, shop, or instructor being reviewed

[ar] Diveity reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any User Content at our discretion. Our moderation process includes:

• [ar] All new reviews are placed in a pending state and require approval before becoming publicly visible
• [ar] Automated spam detection flags suspicious content for manual review
• [ar] Reviews may be rejected if they violate these terms, with a notification and reason provided to the author

[ar] Diveity provides community-generated information about diving locations and services. This information is NOT professional dive advice.

• [ar] Diving is an inherently risky activity. Users participate in diving at their own risk and must assess conditions independently
• [ar] Information about dive sites, conditions, depth, and safety on Diveity may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate
• [ar] Always dive within your certification limits and follow the guidance of qualified dive professionals
• [ar] Verify all dive site conditions, weather, currents, and safety requirements with local authorities and dive operators before entering the water
• [ar] Diveity is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from diving activities, regardless of information found on this platform

[ar] The Diveity platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• [ar] Diveity does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• [ar] We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content, including reviews, ratings, and dive site information
• [ar] To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diveity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• [ar] In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Diveity, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim

[ar] Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• [ar] The Diveity name, logo, branding, and platform design are the intellectual property of Diveity and may not be used without permission
• [ar] User Content remains the property of its creator, subject to the licence granted in these terms
• [ar] If you believe content on Diveity infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with a detailed takedown request at legal@diveity.com

[ar] Your use of Diveity is also governed by our [ar] Privacy Policy[ar] , which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Diveity, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

• [ar] Diveity may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, with or without prior notice
• [ar] You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymised after a 30-day grace period
• [ar] Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination
