Raja Ampat Dive Lodge is home to a fully-equipped PADI dive centre, staffed by a multilingual team of experienced instructors and dive guides who are intimately familiar with the local reefs and currents. The centre offers a comprehensive range of PADI courses, from introductory certifications like Bubblemaker all the way to Divemaster, along with various specialty courses for divers looking to enhance their skills.

With a fleet of five custom-built dive boats, ranging from 8 to 12 meters and accommodating 8 to 15 divers, the lodge ensures efficient and comfortable access to the region's top sites. Daily boat trips typically include three dives, exploring over 30 incredible dive sites within the Dampier Strait, many just 10 to 30 minutes away. Divers can expect to encounter a vibrant kaleidoscope of marine life, from majestic manta rays at sites like Manta Sandy and Manta Ridge, to schooling pelagics and diverse corals at the record-breaking Cape Kri and Sardine Reef. The dive centre provides over 100 12L aluminum tanks (DIN and international), two BAUER compressors, and Aqualung and Cressi rental gear. Nitrox is also available for EAN-certified divers at an additional cost. A dedicated camera room is available for underwater photographers to prepare and maintain their equipment. For those who prefer to stay close, the resort also boasts an excellent house reef, perfect for both diving and snorkeling.
