About This Dive Site
Archived descriptions identify a wall with fissures and columns below a shallow coral plateau. Both accounts report a 16-metre maximum, while the upper plateau is described as about 1–2 metres. Current protected-area status has not been confirmed.
This is a partial site guide based on retained dive listings. Conditions, access, seasonal suitability and current operating arrangements have not been checked by a local diver. The map position comes from a published dive-site dataset and should be confirmed with a local operator before planning a visit.

Crevices and reported lobsters
Artistic Diving’s archived 2019 page reports lobsters among the wall’s cracks and columns, contrasting those sheltered features with the coral-covered plateau above. The report identifies habitat to discuss with a guide; it supplies no recent count or dependable encounter rate.
Operator accounts of the wall and plateau
Easy Diving's dive-sites page, archived in April 2014 and May 2025, calls Habok Habok "a very nice Wall with several big cracks and Canyons in it" with "depth from 1 to 16m", while its chart entry reads "2-16m". Artistic Diving's 2009 English list repeats that wording and adds that the site "belongs to the new Sanctuary from Sipalay City, Marine Protected Area (MPA)"; its 2019 page still carries the "MPA Marine Protected Area, Dive Reserve" label and, in its introduction, recalls a turtle at the Habok Habok dive site. Whether that protected status is current has not been checked. Takatuka Divers' archived lists of November 2004 and July 2008, from a separate operator, describe "this multicolored reef plateau" as "fascinatingly split up by clefts in 3 - 12 meters depth", a shallower figure than the 16-metre maximum the other two operators give. Not reconciled here.
A 2023 visit and directory notes
Diving Squad, a blog by a PADI instructor who dived Sipalay in 2023 and whose page was last modified in September 2026, rates Habok Habok "suitable for beginners", describes "a nice wall dive" lying at 3 to 16 metres "with several big cracks and canyons", and calls it "a nice place to find various critters such as nudibranch, scorpionfish and sea horses", with reef fish including lionfish, parrotfish, wrasse and pipefish. The same page reports "practically no current here" and says visibility "remains good year-round", contrasting it with the nearby wreck dives; that is one visitor's assessment, not a seasonal record. Zentacle's directory record, which supplies this pin's coordinates, calls it a "precipice with many cracks and gaps" with "very nice corals" on the high plateau, notes "fee applied", and lists a maximum depth of 32.8 feet, about 10 metres. DivePlanner Pro lists the site as "Habuk Habuk" at beginner level among sites reachable from Easy Diving Sipalay. The fee and the spelling variant are directory entries whose currency has not been confirmed.
