Pure Bliss lists a maximum-depth range of 65–75 m, while Moalboal Dive Center reports 65 m. The range includes 65 m, so this is not proof that the 65 m report is wrong. The sources do not establish one verified maximum or explain whether they describe different routes.

About This Dive Site
Narc Rock is listed among the technical dive sites of Moalboal by Moalboal Dive Center. The operator places it offshore from Quo Vadis and reports a depth range of 42–65 m. Pure Bliss also names Narc Rock in its Moalboal guide, describing a rock near the wall of Balay reef. These descriptions support the published name, but do not establish independently surveyed site boundaries.
The depth reports differ: Pure Bliss gives a minimum of 40 m and a maximum of 65–75 m. This partial guide retains the attributed reports rather than selecting one as a verified measurement. The operator lists this as a technical dive; this guide does not establish the training, equipment or dive plan required.
Coordinates, current access arrangements, currents, visibility and seasonal conditions remain unconfirmed here. No verified wildlife association or recent sighting is established. Confirm the intended site, conditions and suitability with a local technical diving operator before planning a dive.
What Pure Bliss adds
Pure Bliss Adventure Travel and Tours' Moalboal tour page, read 8 October 2026, gives Narc Rock an average journey time of five minutes, an average temperature of 27 degrees, an average visibility of 40 meters, year-round access and a minimum certification of Deep Diver, and says the site is best known for the tip of Narc Rock. Its sightings note says that in the deeper parts divers may see eagle rays circling, with the occasional appearance of a whitetip shark, and that a few meters back from the rock is the vertical wall of Balay reef, which it describes as home to even more marine life. The journey time is unexplained on that page and its visibility figure is a tour operator's average; the eagle rays and whitetip shark are that operator's possibilities, not observations on a dated visit.
Moalboal Dive Center's technical-diving page, read 8 October 2026, presents the operator as a TDI training facility at Panagsama Beach and lists Narc Rock first among eight technical dive sites in Moalboal, placed in front of Quo Vadis at 42–65 m. The two operators therefore agree on a Deep Diver or technical profile and on a site in front of Quo Vadis or near Balay reef, while their depth figures still differ as recorded above.
The Dive Moalboal entry
Dive Moalboal's Moalboal dive sites page, stamped 21 May 2020 and read here in a Wayback Machine snapshot of 26 May 2024, carries a Narc Rock entry with the same figures as Pure Bliss: a five-minute average journey time, 27 degrees, 40 meters average visibility, year-round access, Deep Diver as the minimum certification, a minimum depth of 40 meters and a maximum depth of 65 to 75 meters. Its wildlife line differs in one phrase, saying that in the deeper parts of this site the operator often sees eagle rays circling, with the occasional appearance of a white tip shark, where Pure Bliss says divers may see them; both then place the vertical wall of Balay reef a few meters back from the rock. Because the two texts match almost word for word, this guide treats Dive Moalboal and Pure Bliss as one lineage rather than two independent descriptions, and the Dive Moalboal page dates that lineage to at least 2020. The page gives no origin point for the five-minute figure, and the eagle rays and white tip shark remain an operator's stated frequency rather than observations on a dated visit.
