Paglugaban

A dive beneath towering limestone cliffs mixing reef slope, scattered coral blocks and small caverns — divers describe a "Stone Labyrinth" of rock formations to weave through, turning around before a current point at the labyrinth's far end. Its sheltered position makes it a dependable choice when other parts of the bay are wind-affected. Difficulty and certification requirement are disputed between sources; the conservative advanced/cave-aware reading is adopted pending a live operator check.
