What the operator publishes
Palaka Siargao Dive Center's fun-dives page, last modified 9 December 2025, describes Secret Garden as "our little gem inside the bay", situated close to Naked Island, and calls it a shallow and vibrant coral reef formed by three different reefs that go from 3 metres deep to 12. The operator presents it as suitable for fun divers and students alike. Those are the operator's own figures and framing; no second organisation describing this site by name has been captured, so the depth span is not recorded as a verified site range here.
Wildlife named by the operator
The same page lists anemonefish, crocodile fish lying on the sand, lionfish, trumpetfish, yellowtail barracuda, nudibranchs and razorfish, and invites divers to sign up for a night dive to try to spot what it calls a resident mandarin fish. These are the operator's published sightings, not observations verified by Diveity, and no encounter is promised.
Names still unresolved
The SSI/Scubago destination overview for Siargao Island mentions Seeco Reef as a place to "discover pristine coral reef" without describing its position, and the Lakwatsero dive report published 16 August 2013 lists Seeco Reef among the island's known sites without diving it. Neither page uses the name Secret Garden, so the relationship noted above remains open.
An earlier snapshot of the operator page
An Internet Archive snapshot of Palaka's fun-dives page, taken on 1 October 2023, carries the same Secret Garden wording as the 2025 version, including the span of three reefs from 3 metres to 12, so the operator's description is dated at least two years back and unchanged. That page also says "Dive sites change from day to day" and that the centre adapts its planning "due to weather restrictions", so a listing does not mean Secret Garden is dived on any given day.
Palaka's dive-centre page in a snapshot of the same date says "the deep Pacific Ocean and the shallow lagoon" give the centre "a wide diversity of dive sites and the ability to shelter from poor weather conditions", and mentions "the shallow dives at Secret Garden" as one end of its range, with the Blue Cathedral at the other. These are the same operator's statements, one lineage and not a second witness, and none of them gives a position for the site.
