日本の沈没船はほとんど残っておらず、それがむしろポイントです。シナディガン南東の巨礫帯を過ぎた水深約40mの平坦な砂底に、エンジンブロックとプロペラをまだ装着したプロペラシャフトが横たわっています。これらは第二次世界大戦で失われた小型木造船の金属製の残骸です。この船の正体は不明のままで、地元の話では日本の巡視船だったのか、それとも日本軍によって沈められた地元の船だったのか意見が分かれています。情報源によっては残骸が38mから45mの間にあるとされていますので、より深い方を想定してください。これはレクリエーションダイビングの限界を超えており、テクニカル減圧資格がエントリーに必須です。潮流は潮汐によって制御され、ポイントから下向きに流れることがあります。このサイトは本当に見つけにくいので、ガイドと水中ライトがダイビングを成功させます。ダイバーはナイトロックスを使用し、満潮時に潜り、その後ボルダーズの斜面を登ってガス抜きをします。
