Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your listings remain live on the Free tier — no data is deleted, and you can reactivate Pro or Enterprise at any time.
Do you offer refunds on annual plans?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new annual plans. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you retain full access until the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — every new business gets a 14-day Pro trial automatically. A payment method is required to start, but you won't be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends to avoid any charge; otherwise it converts to paid Pro when the trial finishes.
How does billing work for multiple locations?
Each business location is billed independently on Pro. Enterprise plans bundle unlimited locations under a single subscription with centralised billing and a dedicated account manager.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
