Reef · Pinnacle · Drift · Coral-garden

Tatawa Besar’s small, fierce sibling sits exposed in the current highway of the Linta Strait, and on a running tide it is one of the wildest rides in central Komodo. Below the tiny island, enormous boulders pile into canyons, swim-throughs and small caverns, all upholstered in hard coral and blizzards of orange anthias. Giant trevally, dogtooth tuna and reef sharks hunt the eddies, bumphead parrotfish bulldoze the plateau, and eagle rays and the occasional manta glide past in the blue. A world-class site reserved for divers who can handle it.
