SS President Coolidge

A 198-metre American luxury liner converted to a troopship that struck friendly mines entering Luganville harbour in 1942, the Coolidge is the world’s largest accessible diveable wreck. Bow at 21 m, stern at 73 m, with cargo holds containing jeeps, helmets, cannons, the porcelain "Lady" relief, and a mosaic fountain. Routinely dived as a shore entry off the south coast of Espiritu Santo.
